Find time to practice physical exercise
For most people to find time to practice physical exercise it's a very hard task. The hours spent with work and other daily activities by itself already consume much of their lives. And in the short remaining time, they prefer to spend it resting, in the company of their family.
But in fact only 30 minutes of daily physical activity is more than enough for you to get fit. And this can be done without having to give up or change significantly your daily routine. All you need is some organization and a clear and strong will to do it.
There are several ways you can include physical exercise in your daily life. Get up half an hour early and take your dog out for a walk,if you have a pool or live near a beach then go for a swim.
If you do not want to give up half an hour of sleep, you can exercise walking to your work place. If you live far away make half in transportation and the other half on foot. Enjoy also the lunch hour to walk and if possible go to a gym.
If you work at home, besides a walk in the street enjoy all the spaces that your house offers to exercise. Up and down stairs, jump rope, pushups, situps and if you have space and budget, you can always buy some gym equipment like a exercise bike, rowing machine or a mini trampoline.
In the night instead of sitting while watching TV, you can always watch it while you exercise. The most important is that you maximize your exercise time by creating a pattern and maintain it every day. If possible diversify the exercises and the moment of the day that you practise to avoid any type of fatigue.
