Sleep - to stay beautiful and handsome!

Sleep makes us beautiful
Sleep makes us beautiful

We now understand better why the Sleeping Beauty has captivated the Prince, after a hundred years to do nothing but sleep. Fresh as a roach after this century devoted exclusively to sleep, she had only to lift an eyelash to melt the very popular pretender to the throne, despite their difference of four generations ...

A study published in the British Medical Journal confirms for the first time in a scientific manner that sleep beautifies. We know that after a sleepless night, or festive work, we refer the mirror image of a tired face, drilled, equipped with dark circles and a dull complexion.

Researchers at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden have begun to photograph 23 young people (girls and boys) aged 18 to 31 years, after a good night, and after sleep deprivation. 65 observers unfamiliar with the subject of the study were classified by degree photos of seduction that emanated from it.

Results: Most observers felt that the pictures after a lack of sleep exhibited less seductive, less glare and more fatigue. If sleep is essential to memory, the "beauty" argument should encourage more girls to go to bed early!
