Bad sleep leads to hypertension

You wake up tired in the morning, you doze off during the day, you snore or have the sensation of choking during your sleep, you sleep little? You may have sleep problems which may lead to hypertension. Talk to your doctor, both to take care of your sleep and to monitor your blood pressure.
