Our children are taller than us!
According to a study conducted among children and adolescents aged 5 to 15 years, it was found that children today are about 2 cm taller than children were fifty years ago.
This greater thrust can be explained by several things: first, a diet richer in protein and calcium, thanks to a much greater consumption of dairy products and meat.
The second reason stems from their greater freedom of movement: parents today let their kids run and speak, and it probably played a role in the development of their stature.
Finally, as their feet are larger, and it is thanks to the famous shoes that leave room for the feet and allow them to grow and expand.
