What and when to eat? That is the question
Do you eat when hungry or you are an emotional eater?
Most of us eat because of hunger, but there are also people who get hangry because of emotions filling them. The binge eating has most often emotional origins. And we're all prone to crises of this kind. But to overcome them, we must know how to recognize them.
I eat when I'm hungry. So I'm not obsessed with what I eat, I do not feel guilty after eating, I have a feeling of satisfaction after a meal, so I know when to stop.
If I am an emotional eater then I need to eat special foods. If I'm feeling guilty when I eat food that makes me happy, so it's hard to feel satiated.
A Sunday caramel or a hamburger?
The general idea of your brain controls your cravings. By learning to decode your cravings, you will be able to control your attitude. This gives the following results:
- Yyou want cheese: you are overwhelmed with a sense of frustration
- Dreaming of a good burger: you really hungry
- You would give everything for a Sunday caramel: you need comfort
- You crave for a packet of crisps: you're stressed
- You take a plate of pasta: you feel alone
Well, once you say that, what can you do? And many will question and wonder: what is it? Why I really want to eat? Apparently, it works.
