Dark chocolate reduces the level of stress hormones, a study says
Eating 40 grams of dark chocolate per day for two weeks reduces the level of stress hormones, according to a study.
This little gluttony could also help correct the biochemical imbalances related to stress.
The scientist Sunil Kochhar and colleagues at the American Chemical Society (ACS) found evidence that antioxidants and other beneficial substances found in dark chocolate could reduce the risk of some diseases including cardiovascular.

In the study, entitled "The metabolic effects of eating dark chocolate on energy, the microflora of the stomach and the metabolism related to stress", the scientists found that 40 grams of dark chocolate every day for two weeks is sufficient to reduce stress.
