Tell me with whom you eat, I'll tell you... what you eat
The LA Times reveals that a team of Canadian-American researchers has shown that our appetite is determined by those with whom we eat.
They involved 210 students who had no idea of the purpose of the investigation. And the study found that each person tended to eat more when he was with a person with a strong appetite.
This does not necessarily mean that they were overweight people affected by this influence, but this was rather a good mouthful that challenged them to gorge on rich food.
Those who keen to keep the fine figure should monitor their plates, and their associates!
This means that the girlfriend that was tolerated until then, you know the one that weighs 32 pounds and puts butter on olive oil, well, it not only makes us mad, it makes us grow as well (think about cancelling theĀ breakfast tomorrow :-)).
